Review
This short fantasy tale reads fast, but doesn't linger long in the memory. Light creates a world that has potential, here, but doesn't quite place me inside it. The characters serve their purposes, acting out a plot that, save one or two minor twists, plays out about like one expects. It's not a bad little story, in the end, but it just didn't do much for me.
